Job Overview The American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Membership to create and implement initiatives that enhance the overall member experience, increase engagement, improve retention, and expand member benefits. This role is responsible for executing membership growth strategies, overseeing the member database and online member community, managing chapter compliance and supporting chapter leaders, and leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making. Reporting to the Deputy Director/COO, the Senior Manager will participate in membership strategy discussions and is responsible for translating identified strategies into actionable programs. The Senior Manager will work collaboratively with interna
