Provides project management support to busy and thriving meetings department. Duties include management of webinar & federal govt. awards program, continuing education administration, and speaker management. Manage webinar program to include but not limited to content development, identifying topics & recruiting of speakers, developing timelines/deliverables, managing technology platform, customer service. Manage awards program to include but not limited to liaison to awards board, overseeing marketing, organizing award materials, managing judging & awarding process, recruiting of reviewers, production/timeline development.
