PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for assisting in the overall engagement of ACEC Members and donors of the ACEC Research Institute. This position will coordinate and communicate regularly with the Institute’s donors, board and committee members, association staff, state Member Organizations, and senior executives within the engineering industry, as well as students interested in engineering careers.
DUTIES:
Donor Engagement
Track fulfillment of all donor deliverables
Assist in scheduling of donor deliverables
Maintain current collection of donor logos
Proof and monitor all print and electronic usage of donor branding
Create, bill and track all donor invoices ensuring timely collection of donations
Assist in gathering materials for annual accountability reports throughout the year
Member Engagement
User account management for Diversity Roadmap
Manage Institute’s social media presence, including promotion of events, webinars, research, new donors, etc.
Assist in website content management
Scholarship Program
Provide platform administrative assistance to students, donors and Member Organization
Meeting Support
Assist in board and committee meeting logistics, working with ACEC meetings team.
Assist Executive Director as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Detail oriented and highly organized
Strong oral and written communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field
Minimum 3 years marketing, association or donor development experience
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, including strong PowerPoint skills
SalesForce, NetForum and WordPress a plus
