POSITION SUMMARY  The Director, Member Learning Programs lead all association efforts in the identification, design and execution of learning initiatives and instructional content by establishing a comprehensive curriculum, both in-person and virtual, that meets the needs of NAFA’s various constituents.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES The Director, Member Learning Programs is responsible to: Oversee NAFA’s education program by directing the continued development, implementation, and evaluation of educational resources and activities. Oversee the design and implementation of engaging and relevant education content using accepted adult learning principles and practices.
