The Development Director provides coordination for all development and donor related fundraising activities for ARCS Foundation. This person will work closely with the National President and the VP Philanthropy to create a national fundraising strategy incorporating plans to engage the 15 chapters and scholar alumni to achieve Development goals. This position focuses on nurturing and expanding partnerships to drive growth and achieve strategic goals by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts from individuals, donor-advised funds (DAFs), foundations, and corporations.
