The National Community Pharmacists Association, the Voice for the Community Pharmacist, is seeking qualified candidates for VP of Finance. The position provides leadership and oversight for all financial functions of the association and its affiliates and includes oversight and management of the outsourced IT provider and association operations. The VP of Finance reports to the association’s chief operating officer and is a member of the senior leadership team. The current operating budget totals $18 million for NCPA and its primary affiliate, the NCPA Innovation Center. The VP of Finance is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and administration of the organization’s financial policies and procedures, accounting methods and systems, budgets, financial analyses,
