Position Summary The Manager, Grant Programs & Impact is responsible for managing and evaluating the Foundation’s grantmaking portfolio, including Scholarships, Rose McGill Emergency Aid, Education Area Grants, grants to the Fraternity, and partnerships with philanthropic organizations. This role ensures donor contributions are used as intended and aligned with the Foundation’s mission.  Key Responsibilities Grantmaking & Program Oversight Administer and oversee: Annual scholarship program (~$1.3M) Rose McGill Emergency Relief Grants (~$300K) Education Area Grants Campaign Endowments for chapters and programs Grants to the Fraternity
