We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Membership & Meetings Specialist (MMS) to join our fast-paced association management team. In this role, you’ll support a portfolio of nonprofit professional associations by driving efficient operations in membership, event registration, and administrative support. This full-time position is based on a Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule and is eligible for a hybrid and full remote work arrangement. Some overnight travel is required to support association conferences and meetings. Key Responsibilities Serve as a first point of contact for association members—responding to phone and email inquiries, providing top-tier service, and promoting member benefits across multiple client organizations.
