Membership Sales Manager Location: Old Town Alexandria, VA (On-Site | Full-Time)
The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) is seeking a driven, organized, and customer-focused sales professional to help grow and strengthen our membership base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead membership sales efforts, including outreach to prospective members
Manage member engagement, renewals, and retention initiatives
Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective members
Maintain and update membership database and records
Generate regular reports and performance metrics
Support general membership and organizational functions as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Position Details:
Full-time, in-office position located in historic Old Town Alexandria, VA (steps from the Metro)
Competitive base salary with commission opportunities
