The Membership Database Manager will be a key contact for internal and external users of iMIS. The Manager will build and run reports, maintain data integrity, and work with all aspects of the membership database.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Run/Build iMIS reports and queries/IQAs, including monthly membership and integrity reports
Analyze database issues and develop solutions – to include the chapter payment portal system
Maintain data integrity in iMIS
Process monthly autopay billing, generating invoices and posting batches
Assist with on-site meeting registration at VISION, including on-site VISION registration and/or bookstore, new registrations, and/or adding tours and pre-conference sessions
Send Missouri Division rosters monthly, division meeting rosters during state conference registration, and/or other state conference rosters as requested
Fulfill requests for membership information promptly
Manage duplicate records weekly
Work with iMIS Database Manager to provide iMIS technical support and coordinate with technology platform vendors (i.e. ISG, eSHOW, ASI, etc.) as needed on elevated technology issues
Work with iMIS Database Manager to document processes, maintain/update SOPs and comply with best practices in database management
Manage all technical aspects of the Jotforms
Process EIM, Corporate and Affiliate membership batches
Process manual credit card charges and refunds (serve as back up)
iMIS State/Region Conference setup (serve as back up)
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Works directly with membership, finance and operations, meetings and convention, and communications staff. Provides support to all staff as needed.
External: Works with ACTE state associations leadership, ACTE members, ACTE Leadership, consultants and vendors.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
5-8 years minimum experience working in iMIS (with 3 years iMIS EMS) and database administration required
Knowledge of building IQA’s (iMIS report query)
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and customer service skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work with volunteer leaders and outside vendors
Ability to travel to events within the US 3-4 times per year
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.
