Director of Credentialing
The Director of Credentialing is responsible for the management and oversight of all development and operational functions for NBSTSA’s certification programs. Implements continuous quality improvements to ensure the application of initiatives that align with organizational goals. Maintains positive relationships with team members, external vendors, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain excellence, credibility, relevance, and defensibility of certification programs. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Oversee the management of the applicant lifecycle and all examination development and maintenance initiatives.Oversee, train, and develop the certification team and conducts annual performance evaluations.Over
