NIRSA, a leader in higher education and the advocate for the advancement of recreation, sport, and wellbeing, is looking for a Controller to provide strategic and tactical administration of the accounting and finance functions for our Association and related entities.   Our Controller reports to the Executive Director and is a contributing member of our Leadership Team.  You will also supervise two direct reports and prioritize goals, foster teamwork, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and staff performance.
