Position Summary The Senior Director of Membership plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the National PACE Association by developing a strategic plan for membership growth. The Senior Director leads the creation and execution of both short- and long-term strategies for expanding NPA membership, with an emphasis on reaching and supporting a more diverse member base that aligns with the evolution of PACE. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Communications and Member Engagement, the Senior Director leads member engagement, satisfaction, and the overall member experience.
