We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Instructional Designer to manage, oversee, and support the College’s educational strategy. The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing e-learning solutions that support education initiatives. The Senior Instructional Designer will utilize advanced instructional design and performance improvement processes to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning assets for web-based training. The Senior Instructional Designer will work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop talent development interventions that incorporate best practices of instructional design.
