NADA is searching for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an ATAE (Automotive Trade Association Executives) Program Coordinator. As our ATAE Program Coordinator, you will provide administrative, operational, and program support to ATAE’s President and members.

This is a full-time position with a healthy work culture, competitive salary, and excellent benefits. Duties require some travel, comprising up to 5% (up to 15 days a year) of the role for meetings and events across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily correspondence, calls, and emails from ATAE members and sponsors, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries about programs, membership, events, and resources.
Assist in rolling out various ATAE projects, including managing the ATAE database, websites, surveys, elections, and more.
Help support 6 to 12 meetings and conferences each year, as assisting with budgets, guest speakers, correspondence, and on-site support.
Provide logistical support for ATAE committee meetings, including scheduling and expense reporting.
Track and process ATAE revenue, coordinating with the president and external bookkeeping as necessary.
Collaborate with team members and vendors to produce registration and promotional materials for events.
Required Job Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management or equivalent amount of relevant training or experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of work or volunteer experience in an association or nonprofit setting preferred. Experience in event planning and member support is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable working with high-level executives and handling confidential information with discretion.
