The Senior Director of Membership oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of membership growth strategies, as well as the day-to-day management of the membership department. This individual is responsible for recruitment and retention, budgeting and customer service for an association of 10,000 individual members and reports to the Executive Vice President. The successful candidate must understand the importance of membership to an organization and will use existing resources, while recognizing the need for new methods, to engage members and seek out new prospects.
