Position Overview: Phi Kappa Phi has an opportunity for a Senior Director of Institutional Relations. The Senior Director is the business owner responsible for leading, developing, and providing oversight for the strategies, programs, events, and initiatives of Phi Kappa Phi's chapters, direct institutional affiliations, and volunteer officers. This includes serving as a portfolio manager of component units to promote, direct, and support the active recruitment, invitation, and retention of new and renewing members to Phi Kappa Phi each year.
