Role Our events and education team is responsible for supporting organizational priorities related to face-to-face and virtual events, including webinars. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Events, the Meeting Planner will manage featured and member webinars, support volunteer committees, lead sponsorship sales and fulfilment, assist in planning, implementation, and tracking of events/meetings that have specified deliverables including coordination of internal and third-party resources to ensure the flawless execution of the events and/or programs. The individual will be highly organized, adept at working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative, small
