  OUR PURPOSE The Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) is a not-for-profit membership organization that promotes the health of women and newborns. Our mission is to empower and support nurses who care for women, newborns, and their families through research, education, and advocacy. POSITION SUMMARY The Donor Engagement Specialist is critical in fostering relationships with donors and ensuring their connection to our mission. Working closely with the Director of Membership Development and others, this individual will implement engagement strategies, enhance donor satisfaction, and drive fundraising efforts for our Every Woman, Every Baby (EWEB) charitable giving program. Responsibilities include organizing and coordinatin
