The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) is looking to add a talented Senior Director of Governance to its team. Position Summary The Senior Director, Governance (SDG) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the ADEA governance processes and coordinating key relationships within the Association. Reporting to the ADEA Chief Operations Officer; Chief of Staff (COO/COS), the SDG supervises the Senior Program Manager, Governance and is responsible for facilitating Board processes, developing and updating standard operating procedures, managing call for nominations and elections, planning and facilitating the ADEA
