The President and CEO is the leader for innovative construction industry solutions in Nebraska and South Dakota.  The President/CEO is responsible for the management of the organization’s resources, including personnel, finances, and programs to ensure the organization meets its mission and goals. The position requires a strong background in business operations, financial management and program management. The President/CEO must possess excellent leadership and communication skills and be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
