The Manager of Operations manages the NAFIS office operations, to include implementing, monitoring and maintaining the Association Management System (AMS). They ensure current and up-to-date computer management with IT contractor and copier contractor. They manage the work of all other contracts and vendors for office equipment. Procurement of hardware, software, office supplies, goods and event supplies. Manages the yearly membership renewal processes, process and logs membership payments and accounts receivables.
