The Chief Executive Officer will be a proven leader who is responsible for leading a team of five non-profit professionals to represent the members of the Association. The following are the essential responsibilities: Implement the strategic goals of the MVMA set by the Board and keep the Board apprised of emerging issues facing the association. Build and develop strong relationships with MVMA’s volunteer leaders, members, other external stakeholders and related organizations including the Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine and other veterinary medical organizations.
