The Position: Reports to the President and CEO and is a member of the senior management team, participating in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic planning and policies, as well as the day-to-day activities. Makes recommendations to Senior Management, Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Finance & Audit Committee, and ensures their decisions are implemented. Is directly responsible for oversight of all Accounting/Finance and IT activities of the California Bankers Association (CBA), Banker Benefits, and CBA Group Insurance ERISA Trust (collectively, the “Companies”).
