The Gerontological Society of America (GSA) is seeking a membership coordinator to support and implement membership recruitment, retention, and engagement plans. Provide exceptional and timely customer service to current and potential members and support the development and growth of membership programs and services and member groups. This customer service and relationship-building position has direct communication with members and will maintain the integrity of the member database, activity reporting, and the online community platform, GSA Connect. You must collaborate and build positive relationships to engage in various membership group activities to retain members and increase renewals. Provide staff support to select member groups following all gove
