THE POSITION
We are actively seeking an AMS Administrator.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will support ISPOR's functional, data, and implementation needs within the netFORUM AMS environment. As the primary point of contact for all netFORUM-related matters, this role encompasses functional operations, data extraction, system setup, and user training. From managing data import to conducting end-user discussions, you ensure seamless processes and utilize the netFORUM platform to enhance organizational efficiency.

Manage the Association Management System (AMS), netFORUM, ensuring optimal functionality, security, and highest data standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the AMS vendor (Community Brands) and manage vendor relationships, escalating issues and advocating for timely solutions.
Expand the netFORUM database using the netFORUM Toolkit, executing SQL statements for data manipulation and maintaining data integrity.
Coordinate integrations, using a solid understanding of APIs, with ISPOR's website, Sitefinity, and AMS vendors, to test customizations, integrations, service packs to ensure seamless functionality.
Provide technical expertise in architecting and developing the AMS and related product suite, developing, and supporting integration solutions with business support systems.
Manage the association management system security, including user management, auditing, and regular security checks.
Lead data cleanliness and integrity efforts, overseeing database customizations and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
Facilitate discussions with end-users to align business processes with AMS capabilities, eliciting and documenting requirements for enhancements and automating workflows.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related degree field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years' experience in a membership association environment.
Must be familiar with and possess experience using AMS SQL-based environment, preferably netFORUM AMS, including module navigation, query development, and netFORUM Toolkit for database expansion and customization.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, complex queries, views, stored procedures and report writing, specifically SSRS.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and end-users.
Experience managing membership databases, billing, and event/product setups.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues accurately, identify root causes using innovative thinking, and recommend process improvements.
Proficiency in communicating complex IT terminology to non-IT professionals.
OUR LOCATION
ISPOR’s headquarters is in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, which is halfway between Philadelphia and New York City. Our staff works in a hybrid arrangement: onsite two designated days per week. Remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
