Masters' or Bachelors' Degree in relevant discipline
Minimum of seven years related work experience in associations including planning meetings or events, managing multiple complex events, strong program management skills.
Successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills.
Experience with educational and/or mental health programs.
Experience in adult education/instructional design/learning practices.
Budgeting skills (with demonstrated success in meeting budget goals)
Supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of marketing strategy, copy editing, and bookkeeping.
Experience with online events and abstract management software.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
Commitment to use data to make strategic decisions for the organization

Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management software preferred.
