The FBI National Academy Associates is based out of the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. We are a non-profit, international membership association of 16,000 senior law enforcement professionals dedicated to providing our communities, states, countries, and profession with the highest degree of law enforcement expertise, training, education and information.We are seeking a Sponsorship & EventsCoordinator.
Job duties include:
Support the Director of Strategic Partnerships with any daily operational requests.
Assist the Director of Strategic Partnerships with the development and implementation of the Branch strategic objectives in support of the National mission priorities and National strategic objectives.
Support the Director of Strategic Partnerships answering sponsorship questions via email and/or telephone.
Manage fulfillment of all sponsorship agreements under the direction of the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process with all new strategic partners.
Organize and assist in quarterly calls with strategic partners to ensure ROI goals exceed expectations so sponsor is enthusiastic to renew.
Engage in strategic partners social media platforms (retweets, sharing, posts, hashtags etc.)
Coordinate with other branches to develop a process to ensure contractual sponsorship benefits are fulfilled.
Collaborate with Marketing & Communications branch to develop, layout, and publish website content to recognize alliance partners.
Coordinate with the Finance branch to ensure billing is accurate and collection is timely.
Build and maintain internal relationships with the National Academy Unit (NAU) and FBINAA staff.
This role is a highly engaged and has a proactive role to ensure sponsor satisfaction.
Duties may be added or change at any time at the discretion of the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Manage session activities with the FBI Training Division (NAU) for NA Sessions to include NAA Day, Professional Development Day, 5.11 Steak dinner, Pasta night, Yellow Brick Road, Graduation, and other events as scheduled.
Manage the logistical needs for NAA functions to include Chapter Leadership Summit and the Youth Leadership Program.

We are looking for:
A minimum of three years experience
A problem solver who takes initiative, has a “can-do” attitude
Professional experience with social media management
Excellent computer skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing technologies
Knowledge of FormStack, Microsoft Office 365 and CRM (HubSpot)
Occasional travel when necessary for events, including weekends.
Ability to coordinate many projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, excellent attention to detail.
