Greater Nashville REALTORS®, a 6,200-member REALTOR® trade association, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Administrative Support Coordinator. This position will support several departments within the association through administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Professional Development Department
Assist students via phone, email, and in-person.
Coordinate with Professional Development staff to prepare for class attendance including registration, payment processing, registering attendees, and classroom setup.
Ensure member areas are well-maintained and welcoming.
Greet and assist Education Center visitors.
Coordinate catering orders and food & beverage presentation.
Provide support for Virtual Campus, including creating and modifying content; trouble-shooting issues; and other tasks as needed.
Assist with proctoring classes.
Monitor office and kitchen inventory and order supplies when needed.
Communications and Marketing Department
Assist with entering and tracking Awards Involvement Credits.
Regularly monitor and update basic event and class content on the Greater Nashville REALTORS® website.
Assist with event logistics and event-related administrative tasks.
Provide friendly and professional customer service experience for members registering for events.
Update and maintain marketing material for classes and events for our internal TV network.
Assist with affiliate and sponsor relations.
General Association
Assist with other association tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Superior customer service and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Detail- and process-oriented with the ability to triage multiple tasks
Strong task and time management skills, including the ability to skillfully manage conflicting schedules and tasks
Proficient with office equipment and technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with meeting technology
Familiarity with database systems and willingness to learn and operate our association management database software
Experience with a trade association, education, and/or the real estate industry a plus
