The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales-related activities in the specific territory. The primary responsibility of an Senior Sales Manager is to meet and exceed company sales targets by generating revenue through a structured sales process. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of technology related sales experience, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry. Primary Responsibilities - Identify new sales opportunities and navigate them through the sales pipeline
- Prospect and lead generation thru cold calling, attending and presenting at conferences, and through a collaborative partnership with Marketing
- Qualify new prospects and identify sales opportunities with the account
- Explore up selling opportunities to maximize revenue while maintaining margins
- Manage sales activities to exceed assigned revenue objectives
- Follow a structured sales process to ensure successful closure of opportunities
- Develop strategic plans to penetrate key opportunities
- Develop account plans and lead generation strategies with specific measurable times frames to penetrate accounts
- Establish a consultative advisor relationship with key decision makers in each account
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to report, validate, progress forecast and pipeline opportunities
- Engage internal resources and provide direction and leadership in each sales engagement
- Conduct web-based or onsite sales presentations for prospects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring the long-term success of our customers
Additional Responsibilities - Manage complex, multiple-influence enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting to successful closure, ensuring buy-in from all customer stakeholders
- Work closely with senior management, marketing, professional services, and product management to implement tactical and strategic programs and compelling value propositions to grow the business and spread awareness of CadmiumCD’s solutions in the assigned territory
- Provide recommendations to the management team of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and suggestions of how to address and leverage each as it relates to the penetration of the target market
- Coordinate the development of comprehensive proposals in response to customer RFIs and RFPs

Experience and Skills - Prior experience managing multiple accounts in a large territory
- Prior experience selling/implementing complex software and service solutions
- Prior experience selling/implement in hospitality industry, including associations and/or corporate meeting planners
- Preference given to candidates with 3-5 years of technology related sales experience (software industry preferred) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience
- Home-based office within territory
- Approximately 25% Travel once COVID subsides
