The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® seeks a dynamic, strategic and problem-solving chief staff executive who excels at balancing multiple priorities with engaged and committed volunteers and 19 staff members in order to serve its 25,000 members and 13 local associations. This CEO must demonstrate a broad understanding of advocacy priorities and the ability to move the association in the accomplishment of its goals. The successful candidate must have strong planning, organizational, and financial skill sets, be a collaborative leader and skilled in managing change. This CEO must have a background in general association management. A college degree and either an RCE or CAE designation are highly preferred.
