Growing medical specialty society of more than 14,000 members seeks experienced professional to direct marketing efforts for the organization and its major programs.
Have you bee in marketing for a few years after college but are ready to take your skills to the next level? Take on new challenges as you are marketing current programs as well as identifying new opportunities to serve the membership. The successful candidate will oversee the development of marketing materials, track marketing efforts and report metrics to evaluate success. Will work closely with designers and meeting management on sponsorship programs as well as with the communications team on messaging. This position will report to the association’s Executive Director.
Qualified candidates must have experience at an association, including marketing membership, meetings and other educational resources. Superior organization and project management skills allowing for management of multiple projects simultaneously, an entrepreneurial spirit along with a flexible and collaborative nature will be indicators of prospective success.
Minimum 4 years experience required and Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Experience with medical societies desirable. Salary commensurate with experience. Competitive benefit package including health and dental, insurance and retirement plan.
