This position is responsible for all aspects of the accounts receivable process including customer billing, deposit processing, cash application, payment issue research and collections. The position is also responsible for responding to customer inquiries and completing special projects.
I. Daily Cash/Credit Card Processing Activities (65% of Time)
Reviews, processes and logs daily bank deposits in an accurate and timely manner.
Distributes remittance documentation to other divisions for transaction processing.
Applies payments and prepares cash-related journal entries.
Proficient in MS Excel, intermediate level preferred.
Must have strong customer service orientation.
Must have strong team orientation.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must exhibit a high degree of attention to detail.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Must be able to organize and prioritize workload.
Must be able to work independently.
Must possess sound judgment, discretion and a high degree of professionalism.
