Client Service Support (CSS) is an independent contractor position that supports and complements the Director of Operations (DO) and the Executive Director (ED) to ensure that Denver Gold Group delivers maximum value to its members. The CSS is focused on customer service and membership services with a secondary focus on general administration. The CSS liaises with the DO.
The CSS position is estimated to require a 2-4 hours of cumulative attention per day, and less than 1 hour per day on weekends. The work load is sporadic and determined by customer call and e-mail volumes, but most of the work will be completed at start of business Mountain Time. During peak periods just prior to Denver Gold Group events, more time may be necessary.
The preferred candidate will be able to commit to being on site for an event in Colorado Springs, CO in late September 2018. The preferred candidate will have a passport and be open to travel to support an annual event in Zurich, Switzerland.
Must be an independent contractor with a formal business (LLC, S-Corp etc);
Must have an existing client base;
Must currently be performing similar customer service work for other clients, and/or be an active independent contractor in the event management industry;
Must commit to work in these periods:
as soon as possible through Friday, April 27, 2018, and
Monday, June 4, 2018 through Friday, October 5, 2018.
September 23-26, 2018 - on site, Colorado Springs.
Telecommuting is allowed.
