This position is responsible for the analysis, evaluation, development, implementation, and improvement of digital solutions, products, and initiatives across the association. Provide leadership and guidance on implementing digital strategies to ensure return on investment and provide a rich member-centric user experience in a highly complex enterprise.
The Primary Responsibilities are:
Oversees the vision, strategy, development, operations and on-going evolution and maintenance of digital products and services across the association
Provides leadership and expertise on digital strategy from concept, design, and work-flow, from implementation to launch on a range of digital platforms
Assesses the Association’s digital online platforms and build an integrated plan and roadmap aligned with our organizational strategic plan and key performance measures
Analyzes online trends and leverage site statistics and performance to influence digital strategy and roadmap
Provides leadership and guidance on integration and deployment of digital marketing technology and platforms
Develops and manage a budget greater than $5million
Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Education and Practice teams to aggregate and integrate feedback on the direction, development, and functional implementation of products
Develops an on-going web, mobile and email strategy to increase member engagement
Negotiates and manages vendor and contractor relationships and agreements
Partners with third-party vendors to identify and apply solutions for integrations and website optimization
Maintain all human resources requirements including annual performance review
Provide opportunities for each member of the team to participate in cross training activities within the business unit as well as with other departments/divisions.
Address all staffing issues quickly and effectively to ensure and maintain successful team environment
Bachelors in Business, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline; Master’s Degree a plus
15 + years in the areas of information management, technology and/or systems.
Knowledge and/or hands on experience within the cloud based technology and platforms including – personalization, content management, data analytics, ecommerce, AMS, CMS, LMS, CRM, mobile and collaboration tools
Technically savvy; experience managing the requirements for application development and design
Track record of launching new digital marketing initiatives, substantially improved strategy (SEO and SEM), with a measurable increase in brand awareness and new customers
Experience in successful development of a new e-commerce product or service offering, or led the entry of the business into a new market; experience across platforms, including web, mobile and social
Knowledge on the latest technologies and trends including, marketing technology, cloud platforms and web services; expertise in content management, metrics, search technologies, online marketing mobile technology, responsive design and customer experience, etc.
Complete knowledge of all digital media, search, SEO, SMM, mobile, etc.
