This position is responsible for answering inquiries via phone, e-mail, and fax, verifying membership status, processing inquiries for conferences, workshops, certifications, registrations, product orders, and other services as required.

A bachelor's degree is preferred or associates degree acceptable from community or technical/business college; or three to five years related on-the-job experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong communication skills. Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
To perform this job successfully an individual must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. It is also very desirable that candidates have previous experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (i.e. netFORUM); internet software; order processing systems, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word & Excel. Applicants must also be proficient in writing basic customer communications.
