Government Relations, Legal, Research and Information
Serves as Entry Level Investigator and in this position will receive, analyze and process unlicensed activity cases and disciplinary action in other states. Assist Lead Investigator with complaints involving failed licensure audits. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting fieldwork as necessary to obtain documentation, interview case-related individuals, gather information needed, meet with building officials, complainants, engineers, and witnesses and other duties as required. This position reports to the Chief Prosecuting Attorney. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible to receive payment for overtime.
Prefer applicants with some legal, research and/or investigative experience.
