The VP, Program Operations and Development will work with the foundation president, staff, volunteer leadership, and donors to advance the foundation’s mission, create and direct operational plans, increase engagement of donors and members, and oversee the day?to?day management of the Foundation programs.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS AND REPORTS
Reports to Foundation President. Serves as staff liaison to all Foundation Directors and staff.
The VP will support all Foundation initiatives and assist the President in all development aspects of the program. Other areas of responsibility may be assigned by the President as necessary.
Lead daily Foundations operations to facilitate department priorities and systems. Lead Program Directors in creation of high value programs to create foundation relationships and multi-year commitments to reach budget goals of the Foundation.
Align program directors and staff on strategy and tactics to reach foundation objectives, and deliver high value products and events to IFA members.
Direct and supervise content for in educational conferences for IFA members and supplier in the franchise industry. Direct the creation of new and evaluation of current certification program and online learning.
Oversee staff liaison responsible for marketing and communications function of the Foundation.
Requires high-level ability for multi-tasking, organizing and managing follow through on project management and excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Travel to IFA sponsored conferences and related programs.
Successful candidates will have 6+ years of experience in program management, development, and association/non-profit management. Knowledge and experience of online and offline learning program a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge, interest and passion for supporting entrepreneurs and a proven record of innovation and results in growing and developing programs or initiatives.
