Provide excellent member service through telephone and email communications.
Maintain accuracy of member databases, including additions, deletions, and changes to database records.
Work with Vice President, Engagement to implement member recruitment, new member orientation, and retention strategies.
Support committees and task forces as required.
Schedule and organize committee virtual discussions and/or conference calls (and occasionally face to face meetings) in coordination with the committee or task force chairs. Take notes and distribute to participants.
Assist members with billing questions, login help, and general requests.
Provide administrative support to membership department.
Assemble mailings, packets and other information needed to insure client success.
Fiscal Duties (Describe all budget, revenue, or other types of financial responsibility):
Complete MCI USA timesheets
Other duties as assigned
Serve on appropriate MCI USA Matrix Teams; and function as a MCI USA Team Member in accordance with MCI USA’s corporate vision and guiding principles.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Related experience, preferred, preferably in a member- or client-services environment
Strong computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products; database experience preferred
High-level customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow through on projects and tasks
Ability to learn quickly, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently
