The Registration Manager is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and managing the processes and operations of registration services for ISPOR events, including 3 large annual events and 6-20 medium training events. Develops, recommends, and implements registration policies and procedures through excellent customer service skills. This position also manages the onsite registration needed for each meeting and provides support working with members worldwide. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Creates and programs event database with registration requirements •Manages registrations and processes inquiries relating to registration and provides excellent customer services contributing to an efficient working environment. •Maintain constant communications to ensure accuracy and verify all data on registrants •Supervise all temporary staff working the registration area onsite at all meetings •Preparation of registration materials (registration computers and all registration related items) needed onsite and the logistics coordination with the meetings team. •Plan and monitor registration budget •Maintains the inventory lists of items and orders as needed. •Develop and run registration reports (registration quantities, attendee lists, exhibitor lists) •Assist the department director with other projects and duties as necessary •Travel to meetings, required..
Job Requirements •Bachelor Degree preferred •3+ years of relevant work experience preferred •Experience in a member/customer environment required •Experience working in a non-profit/association environment, preferably a professional member society strongly preferred •Experience working in Netforum or other registration systems preferred •High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office •Ability to work under pressure, produce quality work, and meet deadlines for multiple projects •Excellent interpersonal skills: written/verbal communication: and collaboration skills •Excellent organizational skills
