Assist with database updates and imports to registration vendor
Oversee web development of attendee and exhibitor dashboards and coordinate integrations of single sign-on function with various vendors
Support InfoComm departments with required reporting
Manages and oversees all association housing requirements - staff, VIP, partner groups, education speakers, international delegations, trade agreements and contractual obligations
Oversees the future show housing allotment and contract process
Tracks hotel reservation changes by cut-off and sends out all hotel confirmations
Manages exhibitor hotel blocks
Coordinates with accounting the credit application approval/direct billing forms with hotels
Trouble-shoots onsite housing problems with housing vendor
Processes all post-show hotel expenses and payment
Show Temporary Staffing
Liaison with local CVB or staffing agencies, and sign language service companies to order temporary staff for show requests and sign language interpreter requests from attendees and/or press
Manage show temporary staffing schedules
Provide onsite temporary staff training
Work with onsite supervisors for any onsite schedule changes
Process post-show invoices
Lead Retrieval and Session Tracking
Coordinate the show requests with departments for type and number of units
Management of orders within database for meetings, events and/or partner group requests
Liaison for onsite unit coordination and delivery
Provide access control data post-show to appropriate partner groups
Process post-show invoices
Mobile App Development
Facilitate the creation of the event mobile app by setting business rules, app perimeter, functionality and execution
Coordination of content delivery requirements
Ensure delivery of product within timeline
Manages Expositions Services Coordinator responsible for show F&B, signage, exhibitor service manual, transportation management, exhibitor bulletins, staff survival guide, COI & EAC management, exhibitor meeting logistics, lights out plans.
Education and/or Experience:
4-year college degree is required; 5+ years of trade show management experience is preferred. 3+ years of Housing and Registration management preferred. CMP or CEM certification a plus.

Travel is required; approximately three to four weeks per year. Position will attend exhibitor committee meetings, future city site inspections, industry meetings, and the annual InfoComm exposition.
