We provide the NOAH AMS as a comprehensive software solution for association management. We are seeking an Operations Manager to be responsible for the business operations of the company. This position reports directly to the President of the company.
The duties of the Operations Manager include:
• Overseeing and supporting the major departments of Project Management, Client Support, Web Development and Database Administration • Developing better management reporting and analysis of operations • Creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency • Playing a significant role in long-term planning • Contributing to product development and design enhancements of the software • Partnering with leadership in business development
A successful Operations Manager must have:
• Management level experience • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management • Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic planning skills • Strong communication and team building skills • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics • Basic IT skills in databases and web development
