Manage storage of complete certification renewal audit documentation
Assist supervisor with recording and reviewing requests for certification reinstatement, send incomplete letters, evaluate submitted materials, and approve/deny reinstatement based on current DANB policy
Maintain complete and accurate reinstatement files and records
Send reinstatement letters
Additional tasks (10%)
Mail, fax or email recertification communications
Serve as back up for reviewing Emeritus applications
Make recommendations for continuous quality improvement of policies and procedures
Assist supervisor with other tasks, as required
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; some completed college coursework required
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in an office environment with data entry experience
Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word and Excel experience preferred)
Required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
