Primary Function: This position performs a full range of both substantive subject-matter and project/administrative support to assist INGAA’s Senior Vice President of Safety and Environment, Vice President of Environment and Construction Policy, and Director of Operations. It also provides support to the Regulatory Attorney on an as-needed basis. Serves as technology liaison to the outsourced IT vendor and interprets/troubleshoots internal technology issues when necessary.
Performs a full range of project coordination duties including research, editing, drafting and processing for correspondence, memoranda, filings, and other documents to provide timely support to the Senior VP of Safety and Environment, Director of Operations, and the department’s Regulatory Attorney.
Drafts email correspondence at supervisors’ request regarding follow-up to inquiries or requests for further information. Responsible for staying familiar with INGAA’s regulatory positions in order to field and direct member phone calls on the association’s positions.
Serves as the INGAA/INGAA Foundation liaison to the outsourced IT vendor, ensuring that technology services are managed effectively. Maintains the INGAA/INGAA Foundation Sharepoint portals. Keeps abreast of new technologies and makes recommendations to improve the functionality of systems and software.
Proofreads and edits technical documents for accuracy upon request.
Conducts research utilizing various government search engines to locate relevant agency filings, guidance, rulings, and additional research materials.
May plan meetings and events from start to finish including registration, planning and developing programs, agendas, budgets, and services as necessary. This may include webinars, conference calls, and onsite and offsite meetings.
May make department travel arrangements, produce expense reports and update department calendars.
Maintains and update department’s mailing lists and distribution lists to ensure accuracy of information for internal distribution list emails.
Attends technical conferences and other industry meetings as requested.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-3 years of relevant administrative, project coordination and research experience; strong ability to multi-task and support multiple senior staff.
Excellent technology skills, including the ability to interpret and/or troubleshoot end-user questions and problems, and interact effectively with an outside IT vendor. Strong knowledge of Office 365 highly desired.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure.
