The American College of Radiology (ACR) is at the forefront of radiology evolution, representing more than 38,000 diagnostic radiologists, radiation oncologists, interventional radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians and medical physicists. Its core functional areas – advocacy, economics, education, quality and safety, research, and membership value – are improving, promoting, and protecting the practice of radiology.
ACR seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Membership Coordinator to help support ACR's Membership Department on a full-time basis.
-Point of contact for ACR’s Annual Training Program Update (ATPU) system, used to capture resident/fellow information. • Process ATPU sheets in a timely manner. • Work with management and membership marketing team on ATPU outreach. • Process and maintain ATPU information in Personify database. • Work collaboratively with Education and other departments that are dependent upon ACR’s training program data. • Work with chapter staff on ATPU roster mailings. • Annually review data entry instructions for ATPU. • Prepare statistical analyses for ATPU. • Respond to queries related to fellowship programs and residency training. • Send letters to residents who left their programs. -Assist with PRED projects and inputting updated information into the PRED database (radiology practices database). • Prepare statistical analyses for PRED. -Update ACR membership demographics. -Serve as back-up processing for the ACR email box and voice mail. -Assist with Society administrative duties and payment processing. -Assist with JACR (Journal) label clean-up and preparation.
The successful candidate will have:
-1-3 years of related experience -Exceptional customer service and organizational skills -Database experience; data-oriented -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Advanced Microsoft Office skills -Experience working in Personify a PLUS.
