Support candidates for Board certification throughout the entire process. Help us identify ways to create a positive experience for those seeking certification.
Collaborate with volunteers. Be an all-star liaison to those volunteers supporting the certification program.
Work with volunteers to ensure veterinary hospital Residency Training Programs are annually vetted. 500ish veterinarians take our exams each year!
Use LXR, and/or ExamSoft to create exams based on a bank of questions created by our experts.
Register candidates for exams at testing centers in US and Canada.
Support on-site proctors for annual exams.
A minimum of three years office administration experience. Demonstrated ability to multitask and respond to a high volume of inquiries quickly. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Solid working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Bachelor’s degree. .Experience working for a certification or membership organization or nonprofit professional society. Working knowledge of volunteer management and prior experience serving as a staff liaison to numerous committees. Past work in association management and online community software. Project management and/or exam development experience.

Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
