This position will be responsible for the business operations and financial activities of ISA Publications. Directs and leads the development and implementation of ISA’s journals, directory, InTech magazine, digital media, reference publications, and software products business activities. Directs the strategic direction and product vision for on-line publications services and products. Work performed under limited supervision.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
Experience: Requires 10-15 years related experience, at least 5 in a senior management role, a working knowledge of instrumentation, systems and automation technologies as well as a strong background in technical publications. Direct experience with online publication and web experience is required.
Skills and Abilities: Requires leadership and business and personnel management skills; broad knowledge of technical training; good oral and written communication skills. Problem solving and analysis and Strategic thinking. Requires the ability to meet ISA’s standard computer competency requirements for this position within 6 months of adoption or hire.
